The suitable property or rental property is selected, the company foundation is organised and investment subsidies, etc. are obtained. The factory and building planning concept is then established, and the complete building permit process is organised, including the environmental impact statement.

Tender processes are carried out, suppliers and service providers selected, and contracts are drawn up with the assistance of German and Eastern European attorneys and then concluded by customers. Our multiservice package also includes the recruitment of management personnel through our Eastern European personnel consultants. Our project management for the infrastructure development ensures completion of the factory in line with the specified schedule, quality and budget.
