METROPLAN LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT develops strategies and solutions for companies that want to restructure their company logistics. We analyse and define modernisation measures for existing logistics infrastructures, with the aim of implementing logistics structures and processes that are optimised in terms of both service and costs. Previously unused potential can thereby be identified and leveraged, such as the insourcing and outsourcing of logistics services, or the optimisation of national or international logistics networks in combination with new warehouse and distribution structures.
