PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR POLAND

Thanks to our decades of experience, our project management has evolved into the central success factor in the realisation of factories and logistics warehouses in line with the specified schedule, quality and budget. This applies from the selection of the optimum location (Link) METROPLAN EASTERN EUROPE, the development of the production and logistics location and personnel consulting up to turnkey completion of the warehouse or plant.

The methods, tools, processes and organisation of the various partners, decision-makers and local implementers are proven components that our project managers in Poland are thoroughly familiar with. Our project managers have multilingual language skills. They know the Polish culture, and are therefore ideally suited for managing major projects and infrastructure projects. They assist customers from the location selection all the way through to the finished factory. (Link: Specialist article “The Surest Way to Eastern Europe”)
A particular aspect of project management in Poland is client project management for public sector clients.

Public sector clients in Poland have to manage very large, demanding and usually EU-funded infrastructure projects within very short turnaround times. Our methods provide the practical building blocks for such clients. They are expertly supported by our project managers in Eastern Europe, in order to meet these challenges in line with the specified schedule, quality and budget.

One of our specialities is strategy and organisational consulting for the integrated overall works procedure, in which general contractor tenders for various systems are prepared on the basis of detailed plans, assessments and corresponding building approvals and permits. Following an intensive competitive process, the systems are bundled together under the direction of one company. Using this procedure, the major client risks that arise at the system interfaces in particular can be minimised. At the same time, specialist medium-sized companies also have the opportunity to take part in major tenders by forming a consortium.
The strategy and organisational consulting methods used for developing the optimal client project management structure are ISO-certified and compatible with the applicable EU directives.
