We are proud of:

  • General planning for the expansion of the hazardous goods warehouse at the Hamburg-Hausbruch location, including the general contractor tender for construction, building, warehouse and materials handling equipment; preparation and supervision of the contract awards and monitoring of the realisation by the general contractor, including testing/commissioning of the new warehouse and materials handling equipment, as well as the interface management between the building, building services engineering, and warehouse and materials handling equipment

  • Optimisation of the processes within the scope of the organisational restructuring and the outsourcing of the logistics at the Central Europe hub in Hamburg-Hausbruch at the interfaces between the Beiersdorf departments and the logistics service provider, as well as preparation of a corresponding organisation manual

  • Support in the development of new packaging on the basis of the smallest sales units in collaboration with representatives of the trade and retail industry; consideration of the requirements of the trade and retail industry, as well as a process cost calculation along the entire supply chain; establishment of the final decision-making basis from the business management and operational standpoint of the trade and retail industry with regard to the implementation of new sales units
