We are proud of:
- Plant concept and factory planning for the production and assembly of power tools in conjunction with the consolidation of two neighbouring plants in Switzerland into one existing location, along with a simultaneous redesign of interlinked assembly lines into assembly islands for flexible, market-oriented demand coverage in small batch sizes
- Logistics concept for supplying the new assembly islands, including conversion of high-quantity supply to low-quantity supply, along with the involvement of a warehouse operator, with supermarkets, kanban – and milk run – supply, together with integration of the suppliers
