- Planning of the logistics centre at the plant in St. Petersburg, Russia, for raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods and packaging material; conception, design, detailed planning, tender and contract award for the warehouse and materials handling equipment; definition of the processes for material supply and disposal for the production lines
- Organisation and process optimisation of the internal plant and production logistics at the Bayreuth, Germany, location: Bottleneck analysis of the materials handling and warehouse systems; audit of the existing processes and personnel deployment for supplying the production lines with packaging material; optimisation of the process workflows and redesign of the structural organisation; revision of the shift model
