We are proud of:
- Planning and realisation of a highly dynamic high-rack warehouse at the Stadtallendorf location for post-production individual and short-term cooling of finished products on the way to the finished goods warehouse; new construction and expansion of the warehouse and handling capacity by 70% in a second project step
- Conduct of a network study on finished goods distribution in Germany with the aim of improving the delivery service and ensuring rapid supply of the market; data collection and analysis; network optimisation on the basis of business intelligence methodology; implementation of a central/regional warehouse structure; tender and contract award supervision and support for the warehouse operators of the regional warehouses
- Optimisation of the outgoing goods and provision area at the Stadtallendorf location in order to improve the flexibility of the loading process; increase of the palette throughput and ensuring the loading sequence
- Preparation of the plant development planning for the Stadtallendorf location for the long-term development of the logistics structures for finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials; audit of the current structures and processes; calculation of the anticipated future material flows and warehouse capacities; development of scenarios to facilitate optimum utilisation of the existing warehouse capacities at the plant
- Planning of the automated materials handling/conveyor equipment connection between the new production machines and the existing material flow equipment; data collection; dimensioning of AGV and conventional connection alternatives, definition of the preferred solution
- Planning and realisation of the plant warehouse for the new production facility in Vladimir, Russia: Conception, design, planning, tendering and contract awarding of the warehouse equipment and warehouse management system; realisation supervision and support as well as project management of the system installation and commissioning
- Conception and design of a raw materials and packaging materials warehouse at the Stadtallendorf location: Review of the system for supplying raw materials and packaging materials to the plant areas; data collection and analysis, concept development; budget price query; preparation of the investment cost estimate and decision-making documents
- Conception and design of a finished goods warehouse for the Belsk Duzy plant in Poland: Audit of the requirements of the finished goods logistics and production logistics for the plant; master planning; conception and design of the finished goods warehouse; preparation of the investment cost estimate and decision-making documents
