We are proud of:
- Development and implementation of the project organisation, project management and project structure for the plant in Tiacang, China: production of an integrated planning database across all product groups, and planning of the plant logistics
- Stock optimisation in the roller bearing production area at the Kysuce plant in Slovakia: From parts procurement, through all production and assembly stages, up to dispatch, including the effects for concepts for implementing lean production and integrating suppliers into the supply chain
