We are proud of:
- Optimisation of the logistics at the plant in Holzminden, Germany, including definition of the location for a new raw materials warehouse: Production of the B-plan; general planning and individual services and equipment for the construction of the new raw materials warehouse, along with subsequent realisation monitoring
- Optimisation of the logistics in the course of the merger of the H&R and Dragoco companies: Plant-wide harmonisation of the logistics processes, the associated IT support and development of a common plant logistics system
- Outsourcing of the warehouse processes and internal transport at the Holzminden (Germany) plant: Definition of the scope of outsourcing; preparation of the tender; supervision of the contract award, including selection of the internal logistics department as a future independent service provider
