- Optimisation of the processes and workflows at the North East distribution centre in Hannover, Germany: Process analysis and collection and evaluation of data; bottleneck analysis; concept planning; detailing of the preferred concept, including implementation proposal
- Planning of a new assembly plant in two construction stages in Wroclaw, Poland: Location scouting and selection; definition of the plant requirements; concept development for the location; general planning, including preparation of the approval and permit documents in accordance with Polish regulations; realisation controlling, contract and commissioning management
