- Optimisation of the logistics at the plant in Nünchritz, Germany, including the redesign of the finished goods warehouse, container terminal, rail connection, and transport concepts for lorries and containers: Evaluation of the material flow data; determination of the transport volume and performance; verification of the existing warehouse and transport concept; examination and assessment of alternative locations in the plant or outside of the plant
- Outsourcing of the finished goods warehouse at the plant in Nünchritz, Germany: preparation of the service provider tender; comparison of bids and quotes; profitability analysis and comparison between inhouse and external operation; recommendation regarding the awarding of a service provider contract
