We are proud of:
- Reorganisation of the gearbox production system at the plant in Brandenburg, Germany, including modification and optimisation of the factory layout for the rapid integration of new machine tools and machining centres during ongoing operation, and for the long-term restructuring of production: Process and material flow analysis; restructuring of the production areas in the sense of ideal planning; real planning of machine installations; preparation and compilation of the instructions for converting the production areas and installing new machines
- Reorganisation of the system for supplying the 6-speed gearbox assembly station at the Brandenburg (Germany) plant, with the goal of improving performance: Dimensioning of the supply buffer; layout planning and introduction of synchronous production principles
- Plant structure planning for the commercial vehicle gearbox factory in Friedrichshafen, Germany, across all plant areas, with the objective of safeguarding the short-, medium- and long-term plant development on the basis of a master plan, and making expedient use of the remaining expansion and site resources: Requirements analysis of the plant areas; clarification of the expansion possibilities; establishment of fixed points; identification of alternative plant development options; selection of the preferred master plan
